GenerationQ's Marcus Richa was recently treated to a special preview of the hottest new musical to hit Sydney early 2008, Shout! The Legend of the Wild One. This is what he had to say...

Multi talented Tim Campbell plays the lead role of icon Johnny O’ Keefe in this new production. Glenn Shorrock will play Johnny’s father and Colleen Hewett with play his mother. There is also a special appearance by the much loved John Paul Young. With a cast as talented as this, you can’t go wrong.

Tim Campbell best known to Australia as one of the stars on Home & Away will bring his musical theatre magic to the lead role. From what I saw today it is clear that Tim will be the next big star of Australian musical theatre.

Shout opens in Melbourne on January 4th followed by Sydney in March 2008.
