The controversy refuses to die down for Britney Spears, this time creating negative publicity for taking off her clothes and trying on underwear in the middle of a porn shop in front of other customers.

Us Magazine filed a report on the event, stating that it happened shortly before 1am on Sunday 18 November.

According to the report published, Spears took a number of naughty panties before heading to the dressing rooms, where staff of the store said to the singer that they don’t allow people to try on underwear.

“She was really upset,� one witness of the incident said.

“She looked out of it. There was nothing going on behind her eyes.�

The report then stated that “At that point, Spears threw a fit, and took off her own underwear before trying on a pair of boyshorts (with 'Barely Legal' stitched across the rear end) in the middle of the store while 15 other customers looked on.�

A witness told the magazine “The employees kept saying 'Don't change out here!' She's just like, 'Well, I couldn't take them in the fitting room!' It was like dealing with a child.

“The staff told her she had to pay, and she rolled her eyes, but paid with a credit card.�

Spears also allegedly stole the wig off a mannequin upon her exit of the store.
