Democrats hold on to traditionally blue states in Northeast and pick-up key seat in PAAs close continue to close, CNN news is reporting a big pick-up in Pennsylvania and major strong holds for the Democrats in the Northeast. CNN is reporting that Democrats will hold on to United States Senate seats in New Jersey with Bob Menendez, in New York with Hillary Clinton and in Connecticut with Joe Lieberman who ran as an Independent. Democrats have also picked up a key seat in Pennsylvania as Bob Casey Jr. has defeated incumbent Rick Santorum. Democrats have picked up three of the six needed seats to take control of the United States Senate in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Too many Congressional seats are still too close to call.
