GenQ - For the not so straight individual

During Midsumma 2006, GenerationQ (then queerplanet) attended the premier of an amazing musical called "Seriously! The Pet Shop Boys Re-Interpreted", which was a dramatic performance using the lyrics from Pet Shop Boys songs, to the music from a piano and string quartet. Featuring the voices of Anthony Costanzo, Tania Doko, Maria Mercedes, David Gould, and Paul Ross, this was a performance that deserved more recognition than just the Midsumma audience (as fantastic as Midsumma was).

So the time has come for Seriously to get that extra coverage: they've been invited to Edinburgh! To help this happen, the cast of Seriously, as well as a few friends, are putting together a fundraiser. It will feature performances from the Seriously cast, as well as the biting cabaret of Eddie Perfect, the outrageously funny Supergirly, and the amazing Reuben Krum. The evening will be hosted by Gold Logie award winner John Wood.
