Knocked Up - Extended and UnprotectedKatherine Heigl and Paul Rudd star in Knocked Up, now available on DVD. Knocked Up
Now on DVD Universal Pictures Being a huge fan of 40 year old virgin, I was waiting for director Judd Apatow’s next film. I love Judd’s work and loved this film. Knocked Up is just as funny as “Virgin”. Paul Rudd and Katherine Heigl are amazing and I loved each of their scenes. Heigl proves that she can carry herself from a huge Television show onto an even bigger screen. The basic plot is light hearted and very easy to follow. Ben is a slacker in every way. He has no direction in his life and all he does is play video games. Alison is an up and coming TV reporter who has just got her big break. The two randomly meet at a bar and even though they both have nothing in common, they end up having a one night stand. A few weeks later Alison finds out the she is pregnant as expected by the films title. After much deliberation the two decide that they are going to raise the unborn child. This film is filled with rude, crude and disgusting jokes and one liner’s. This is what makes this film so special. The audience will actually care for these characters, through the dialogue and the in your face messages that this film sends across. This creates a movie where we do not want anything bad to happen and are on these peoples side. Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann were just amazing and deserve all the praises that they can get. This film is filled with every emotion out there and will put a smile on your face for days.
