GenQ - For the not so straight individual

A little over 12 months ago we started an investigation into the allegations of then 19 year old Justin Berry of bakersfield, California. An investigation in 2005 by New York Times reporter Kurt Eichenwald has lead to Justin Berry, now 21, filing suits against all of the members of his website for child abuse and purchasing under age pornography.

Berry set up the site, he procured the men to visit it and pay either by 3 months, 6 months or a year to join, he willingly accepted gifts, invitations and the money. If this was a big as concern to him as he says, where is the money now? Is he using it to help other child abuse victims? Justin Berry is hiding behind Oprah, religion (he is born-again) and the media and crying child abuse and taking no responsibility for his own part in this. These men didn't groom Justin for months or years to meet him, yes these men joined a website knowing they were seeing a teenage (supposedly over 18 according to Justin's own site) boy and Justin Berry was encouraging him.

"It's me Justin again, and I've created the masterpiece you've all been waiting for. This site is a compilation of me and my real friends who are excited to test the waters of the webcam and online modeling world! High quality digital photos, movies, and crystal clear high speed webcam shows directly to you! All you have to do is donate 24.95 the first month, then only 19.95 every month after! There will be lots of new content, and lots of new friends of mine!"

We interviewed a former friend of Justin Berry who said "I want everybody to know that Justin was as much of a predators to young girls as his aggressors were with him." said one of Justin's friends "The sole purpose of Justin to get on a webcam for the first time was to get girls to take their clothes off. Instead guys went after them and he was such a pervert he liked it. He even did stuff with Steve. Now Steve, was a buddy of Justin's and he participated in movies with Justin. They knew exactly what they were doing. Now are you a victim if your doing it with another guy and your both 16 and know how to work a DV camera? I don't think so, your a gay porn producer/director/actor."

At the beginning of 2005 Berry had shut down his porn sites, allegedly because of pressure from the FBI investigating him for various illegal operations including credit card fraud, tax fraud, insurance fraud and child pornography. Imagine how he must have felt when a New York Times reporter approached him and said he could get him immunity from prosecution and movie and book deal and even an interview on Oprah. All he would have to do is entrap pedophiles.

We now have evidence thanks to PACER that not only did Eichenwald pay Justin Berry a check for $2000 but he was also a member of Berry’s websites. This means that he would have to have viewed all the pornography on the site including any underage images and videos. There are 21 payments to Justin Berry via Paypal ranging from $25 to $350. There is also proof that Eichenwald was using numerous aliases to protect himself including the name Andrew McDonald (his own biggest review fan), skywrite55@aol.com and mostin2003@yahoo.com. In fact according to AOL, Eichenwald had a total of 7 aliases, all of which came from the same IP address in Dallas, Texas where Eichenwald resides.

The most disturbing evidence is a document that identifies a MasterCard and Citibank card used under the name of Andrew McDonald to purchase image and video downloads on Berry’s website in fact belonged to Kurt Eichenwald. The picture now emerging is very unsettling. Did Eichenwald and Berry conspire to entrap innocent people by having Berry deliberately film himself masturbating with a 15 year old boy, therefore providing real underage pornography on his website? Did Eichenwald and Berry conspire to create an award winning article for Eichenwald and to get Berry immunity from prosecution? Did a lot of innocent people get very hurt by two greedy men?
