Kylie Minogue takes battering with 2 HeartsKylie Minogue has fallen heavily on the music charts after her number one debut with 2 Hearts. Kylie Minogue has had the biggest fall following a number one debut on the Australian music charts in recent years with her latest single 2 Hearts.
In the ARIA Charts due to be released on Monday, Minogue has fallen from number one to number eight with the first single lifted from Minogue’s tenth studio album X which was released on Saturday. In the opening week of sales for 2 Hearts, Minogue failed to reach the top three on the Digital Track chart, and was outsold in physical single sales by Australian singer Ricki-Lee. The sharp fall also continues Minogue’s trend of singles spending only one week at the top of the Australian charts. 2 Hearts, Slow, and In Your Eyes are Minogue’s last three singles to reach number one; all spent only one week at the top position of the Australian singles chart.
