Reports released on Sunday indicate that Kylie Minogue will be bringing the KylieX2008 tour to Australia.

After recently announcing twenty-four European dates, the Sun Herald has reported that Minogue will be announcing tour dates, with the newspapers source responding with an “emphatic yes� when asked if the tour would be coming to Australia.

Introducing the tour when announcing Europe dates, Minogue said “I am putting together a show that is going to be a new and exciting experience for both the audience and myself. The eclectic mix of sounds on X is affording me an opportunity to explore and develop a new live show that will be fresh, exhilarating and innovative.

“After two celebratory tours, X will be a look to the future but will definitely include favourites alongside the new. I can't wait to share it with you next year.�

It is expected the tour will take place in late 2008, following the European leg of the tour.

Australia is so far the only country that has had 2 Hearts top the Singles chart. Minogue’s latest album X is expected to debut highly on Monday.
