Marcia Brady in lesbian affair with co-star

Reports suggest there was an added meaning behind Jan Brady's continual chanting of 'Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!' on The Brady Bunch.

On screen Marcia and Jan Brady were sisters in a family of eight, but off the screen, the two actresses were lovers according to reports revolving around the release of an autobiography for Maureen McCormick.

Here's The Story, McCormick’s autobiography, is set to reveal details of a lesbian affair between McCormick and her Brady Bunch co-star Eve Plumb.

The National Enquirer have reported a close source stating “The most explosive comments will be how the then blonde, blue-eyed cutie developed a crush on Eve Plumb, which led to some sexual play.

“This book will certainly come as a shocker. While Maureen is not a lesbian, she reveals there were some sexual high jinks going on behind the scenes.”

Writing the autobiography was described as a “cathartic experience” by McCormick, with its contents also revealing drug addictions and battles with both depression and an eating disorder.

“I hope it will not only shed light on who I am and how I got here but, more importantly, remind the readers that there truly is a light at the end of any tunnel,” McCormick said.

Here’s The Story is set to hit bookshelves early next year through Harper Entertainment.
