President Bush in New Jersey

Bush pays a visit to New Jersey, a same sex union state

It is May 30, 2007 and the President decides to come visit New Jersey. Out of all the places to make an impact he picks the state that allows same- sex unions. His goal? To try and change those non republicans to republican.

Like any of the GLBT in New Jersey are going to change their personal views to please Bush. The conference was held in Edison, New Jersey, and there were several anti-Bush protestors. Does Bush really feel that another one of his dull speeches will change the opinions of a state that actually accepts the GLBT community? Call me harsh yes, but I will never take Bush seriously. In addition, New Jersey Gay Pride will take place this Sunday at Asbury Park , N.J. I wish Bush would show up to that! What will it take for Bush to be taken seriously? Maybe if he starts reading his speeches without miss-pronouncing words.
