Yes the time has come! I am fortunate to have spent this past winter in my home country Australia where it is always Summer despite the name of the season changing, all else goes without notice.

So here's the low-down on what's HOT this season and the soon to be 'Must Haves' as seen parading the pavements of Milano now.

Double Velcro sneakers with embossed Gucci trademark and rubber sole. GG fabric with fluro green and burnt orange trim. Approx 320 euro.

JOHN RICHMOND Eyewear.
Metal Flash sunglasses with tinted imprint ?R I C H? on lens. Italian Direct - blue/smoke/rose/ice. Approx 229 euro.

LV SPEEDY
This emblematic city bag is very spacious. Hand held and with a decorative padlock, Speedy comes in Monogram Perfo canvas created by Marc Jacobs ? pink/orange/green. Monogram Perfo canvas, coloured microfibre lining and natural cowhide trimming -golden brass pieces, zipper closure. Approx 800 euro.

Credit or Cash?
Its such a hard question to answer! This is probably why you instinctively always answer ?Credit? with guilt, though no lasting regret for your immediate gratification. Oh retail therapy certainly does increase your chance of getting laid if you have a certain style you've perfected over the years. We are ALL guilty of it! Not a problem if your family owns villas in Monaco, Chalets in Paris or commercial properties in Hong Kong (can you believe to rent an office space in Hong Kong's CBD your looking at an average of US$800,000/year!)

With current economic markets being bounced directly off fossil fuel prices, with inflation swiftly to follow you may have to think twice before swiping that gold Card whether yours or your husbands to obtain that essential summer item. Keep in mind what comes around goes around and you may already have next seasons ?Must Have? gathering dust or like most of us, lent to that best friend you don't see as often as you would like. Its time to make the call!
