I suggest that you use warm water and this works best. The pump anal douches are good for travelling. But if you are a bottom boy, you may want to invest in one that plugs directly into the shower. I have used a few of these and douching can become a pleasurable foreplay activity.

Many gay men worry that if they eat prior to anal sex, shit will build up in their anus. This is an old queen's myth. No one produces shit in less than two hours. So feel free to eat as any doctor will tell you that digestion takes hours.

Once you are clean, it is time to relax. Anal sex can at first be very painful. The bigger the other person's penis is the more lubricant and patience you will need to enjoy anal sex.
