Top couple in San Francisco same sex lawsuit call it quitsThe top plantiff's in San Francisco's same-sex marriage case are splitting up... They quickly became San Francisco's power gay couple, but now it's over. Lancy Wood and Cristy Chung are splitting up and retracting their names as the top plaintiffs in Califofornia's same-sex marriage court case. They have been registered domestic partner for 18 years and have a young daughter. The lawyers on the case said they will contine to appeal to the state Supreme Court in San Francisco Monday afternoon seeking a ruling in favor of same-sex marriages. The case will also still be known as the Woo case even though she is withdrawing her name. The women say they still support same sex marriage. The have only withdrawn their name from the case because they are no longer a couple.
