Who Do You Think You Are' Starts 26th October on UKTV 1st Time on Australian TV This is quiet an interesting series from the UK. At first glance it looked like a Pop Idol talent show going from the title. This is actually a "real" reality show tracing the family history of well known British celebrity's. The series explores each person's journey as they take a trip back to their family history to really find out just who they are. Currently in its third series in Britain UKTV in October is screening series 2. The celebrity's in season 2 are as follows, first of we have Jeremy Paxman. He is a respected news journalist in Britain and is highly regarded in his field. Next is Shelia Hancock, an icon of stage and screen. Adding to the actor category is Stephen Fry who is probably the most well known celebrity this season. Adding more than just a sprinkle of fairy dust is well known gay comedian Julian Clary. Lastly we have actor and director Jane Horrocks and Gurinder Chadha. While I quickly became drawn to this series, it's easy to see why. We are all drawn to these people and feel that we should be honored to be taking this very personal and emotional journey with them. I thought that I would find this boring and somewhat dull but overall I was pleasantly surprised. There are so many ways that we can trace our family history from pictures, handwriting, and items that have been handed down. This kept my attention for the episodes that I was able to see in full. If you are in the mood for some interesting TV give this show a try this October only on UKTV.
