The anticipation surrounding the 2009 Movie Extra Tropfest Short Film Festival, Sunday 22^nd February in Sydney’s Domain continues to build. As the final entries are submitted organisers are pleased to announce that Gibson Guitar will be hosting the artist stage in Sydney which will include, throughout the event, special live performances from one of Australasia’s most loved and respected songwriters, Tim Finn, and up and coming singer/songwriter/pianist Andy Bull.

Gibson Guitar, the world’s premier instrument manufacturer, is honoured to be a part of this incredible event. Along with the artist performances, Gibson will provide instruments from its family of brands on the night including their legendary Les Paul electric guitars which will be used as exclusive giveaway promotions including MAX Tropscore.

2009 Movie Extra Tropfest will feature special performances on the Gibson Artist Stage by Tim Finn and Andy Bull. Sunday 22^nd February 2009, The Domain, Sydney.

The festival is broadcast nationally to more than 150,000 people via festival sites in Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart, Brisbane, Perth and to more than 1 million subscribers of the Movie Extra channel.
