Being billed as the first gay film sequel ever, Eating Out 2 is just as much fun of the first film. Jim Verraros is back as the sweet Kyle and looking at sexy as ever. He is also joined again by Gwen, who in my opinion had most of the funniest scenes in the first film. Mink Stole also makes an appearance as Kyle’s loving mother.

This time around we have the usual beautiful guys, the fag hag, and the confused curious guy who all the guys and girls in this film want to bed. Eating Out 2 also has more nudity and guy on guy action than the first one did. This was not as much as a tease compared to the first, hence diving straight into the action early on.

The basic plot is that Kyle has fallen in love with a model named Troy. The thing is that Troy is not ready to admit that he his gay and pretends to be straight. Now Kyle decides to do what he can to land Troy by pretending that he is an ex gay turned straight. While this may sound confusion it is actually very funny and makes sense once you see this great film.

Besides poking fun at the many gay stereotypes that we have in society, Eating Out 2 sends a positive message. No matter what sexuality we all are, we should all live our life to the fullest extent. This is evident by the way the storyline ends, by having a happy ending for all the people involved.

It is a shame that Ryan Carnes didn’t reprise his role this time. Mark this time was played just as well by Brett Chukerman. Eating Out 2 Sloppy Seconds will not disappoint.
