Anna Faris stars as Shelly, a Playboy bunny who turns around a group of sorority girl rejects. After many years at the Playboy mansion Shelly is beginning a new life as a housemother in college.

Shelly is the most popular girl at the Playboy mansion Huge Hefner and all the bunnies love her. The day after her 27th birthday Shelly is kicked out of the mansion unknown to her the real reason why. Lonely and nowhere to go Shelly turns up on the door step of a Fraternity house.

The house is in danger of being closed down if they cant attract new members. They agree to give Shelly a place to stay if she helps them attract new members. Suddenly the once reject house is the hottest place on campus and everybody want to know the new housemother.

Shelly wastes no time in giving the girls makeovers and making all their dreams of meeting a hot guy come true. When the real reason is revealed while she was thrown out of the house, Shelly must choose between going back and her new friends on campus.

I didn’t know what to expect while watching this film but it is a laugh a minute. Anna Farris plays the dumb Playboy bunny so well. She is funny and a true comedic actress. If you loved Scary Movie and The Hot Chick check out The House Bunny, you will not be disappointed.
