The trashy and ultra addictive Dirt season one is now available on DVD for the first time. Already mid way through the shows second season in the USA, Dirt is pure escapism for everybody to enjoy.

Dirt Now is one of the hottest trashy tabloid magazines for sale in Los Angeles today. The magazine is ruled by the steel fist of Lucy Spiller who will stop at nothing to get the latest celebrity Dirt for her loyal readers.

Lucy has serious problems of her own that we learn throughout the season. This is what has made her the dragon lady and why she is feared by her staff and friends alike. The false world of celebrity is exposed like nothing we have seen in a series before. Each episode is more surprising and entertaining than the last, and you will be amazed how you can watch three or four back to back in no time.

The amazing lengths that the public, publicists and celebrities will go to protect their image is quiet shocking. This first season has everything that you would expect, blackmail, murder, sex, incest and everything in between. The favourite celebrity couple’s real life events are copied here. Brad, Angela and of course Britney real life stories are all copied under different names throughout the season.

The main focus of the season was Lucy’s on and off affair with rising star Holt McLaren. Holt and his drug addicted celebrity girlfriend have some great moments throughout the season. Their troubled relationship makes for some great page fillers in Dirt Now magazine, especially after the horrific car crash they are both in. If you want some good addictive and entertaining TV then Dirt is the way to go.
