Not wanting to keep fans waiting to long between seasons, Spooks season 6 hit’s the stores a few months after season 5. Rupert Penry -Jones and Hermione Norris give fans another brilliant performance this season. Spooks show no signs of slowing down even during its fast paced 6th season.
Holding the attention and providing great entertainment, Spooks maintains one story line that carries on throughout the season. Harry and his team find themselves in the thick of it once again when relations between MI5 and Iran go sour.
The season opens with MI5 sent to kill a terrorist in Tehran. When a huge explosion sends out an killer virus members of the MI5 team become infected. As the virus spreads to Britain the team must track down anybody who may have been infected to prevent spreading. As all seems to be getting better Ros is mysteriously kidnapped kicking of a killer season.
Spooks are one of those shows that is seriously additive from the very beginning. The acclaimed show proves that once again good writing, acting and sets are the key to its success. Hermonie Norris of Cold Feet fame is a pleasure to watch and her character is full of surprises this season as well.
