SHooSH! Productions proudly presents the Australasian Premiere of I Love You Because at the Cromwell Rd Theatre, 27A Cromwell Rd South Yarra, from the 08th – 16th August 2008.

I Love You Because features Christian Cavallo, James Cook, Katie Cullinan, Patrick Hill, Bec McGuinness and Hannah Pietsch and is Directed and Choreographed by Brad Fischer and Nathan Firmin and Musically Directed by Adrian Szondy.

Set in New York City, I Love You Because is a sweet, funny and bubbly modern day musical about the adventures of two brothers, one a stiff greeting card writer, the other a free-spirited pedi-cab driver, and the women they date, a flaky photographer and an actuary.

This new musical comedy explores the relationships of people trying to resist falling in love along with the nuances of dating and learning how to love someone, not in spite of their differences, but because of them.

This adoreably schmaltzy cute show is undeniably Americanised, however it's completely infectious and you can't help leaving the theatre with a smile. Make sure you don't miss this one folks! A rare treat - a show that puts the comedy back into Romantic Comedy!
