Chris and Chad hit multiple rock bottoms during the time of development for 1form. "I can recall many occasions of going out to dinner with friends and family having no idea how they would pay for their own meals," said Chris.

During the lengthy research and development of 1form, Chris and Chad soon realized that nothing like this existed anywhere in the world for tenancy applications, or any type of application for that matter.

"It then became apparent that 1form could be an independent site that wouldn’t compete with the well established property portals, but could in fact compliment these portals and link up to every Real Estate Agency across the country," said Chad.

Chad said the website is growing enormously in use and they now have signed up some of the biggest real estate players in the game.

"We have some of the biggest online websites using our site such as Homehound, Realeastateview and Rentals.com.au with some of the others about to go live," Chad said.

"We have also signed agreements with the state realestate bodies to provide them with the service so more and more people will start using our service exclusively."
