Subway employee fired over gay porn career
A 22-year-old man has been sacked from a Subway sandwich chain branch after a customer recognised him from a gay porn segment and complained.
Kurt Wild, who has appeared for Freshmen and Buckshot, was employed in a restaurant near St Louis, Missouri.
He said in an email to BGay.com:
"A customer said they wouldn't even eat there at Subway anymore because of my past work and said that if I wasn't fired then they would boycott the store.
"Maybe I should take a stand and boycott their store too if they can't let people's privacy be treated right.
"I should have the right to work anywhere I can and it isn't right or fair that people can keep me from working simply because of a "gay" issue.
"If a girl did what we do it would probably be ok.. and if a guy does straight porn.. he is bragged about. When I do gay porn, I feel a bit lynched for the rest of my life."
In 2006 a Subway restaurant owner settled out of court after admitting he sacked an employee because he was HIV+.

Ellen DeGeneres wants to name child "Jumbo Shrimp"
In honour (or total piss-taking) of the current trend of crazy-weird baby names, talk show host/comedian Ellen Degeneres has taken the mickey out of the whole topic, by suggesting she name her first child with Portia De Rossi “Jumbo Shrimp”.
The couple, who married earlier last month, have discussed their intention to have children some time down the track, but thinks they’ll leave the absurd names to everyone else, choosing instead to have a laugh.
"We've thought of names, ironically ... Jumbo Shrimp is good.” the talk show host told Extra.
After spending time with her friends Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdales’s family, DeGeneres took a dig at their choice to name their newly born child Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale.
"I was holding Zuma this weekend. And all I kept doing was [singing] 'All I want to do is a Zuma Zuma zoom and shake your rump.”
Lindsay Lohan – Wedding Rumours, Baby rumours and that Playboy proposition
Speaking of Celebrity lesbian couples wanting babies, guess who’s been lumped in the media rumour mill? Yep, you guessed it, earlier reports suggested that Lindsay Lohan wants to raise a child with gal pal Samantha Ronson, however these have been denied by Linsday’s representative.
Reports over the last week about the baby plans stated that lesbian couple were in "deep discussions" about the issue, with Lindsay even said to have asked one of her ex-boyfriends to be a sperm donor.
"Lindsay is in a very happy place at the moment. She's been having deep discussions about a baby. She wants a natural birth and has spoken to Sam about getting one of her ex-boyfriends to help out. They don't want to adopt," a source close to the pair told News of the World.
Being asked about that matter, Lindsay's representative has told Access Hollywood the report was "absolutely not true." While a spokesperson for News of the World, couldn't be reached for comment.
And as for the wedding rumours? It was also reported in August that Lindsay, 22, and Sam, 31, were planning to marry and that they would publicly come out and declare their love for each other later in the year at a lavish LA bash.
All this hot on the heels of Lindsay’s rejection of an offer to pose for Playboy, and the speculation as to why that followed. Lindsay however has stated her disinterest in any projects involving nudity, despite having famously bared all in a Marilyn Monroe inspired shoot for New York magazine.
Playboy's creative consultant Hal Lifson wanted Lindsay to pay tribute to 60s movie Kitten With A Whip in a sexy eight-page spread for the magazine's 55th anniversary.
However her rep told Hal: "If there's nudity, then the answer's no.
Watts: 'Lesbian Love Scenes Are Easier'
Australian Hollywood actress Naomi Watts prefers filming intimate love scenes with women, because there is no "sexual tension" between females. The actress, who filmed a very raunchy lesbian sex scene with Laura Harring in 2001 for the movie Mulholland Drive, insists she is more comfortable filming intimate scenes with women than men.
She says, "The easiest sex scene I have done was in Mulholland Drive. That's because it was with another woman.
"There was no awkwardness and there was no sexual tension."
