Sexy Actress and new mum Jessica Alba has been muzzled, bound and gagged as part of an ad campaign encouraging people to enrol to vote for this year's Presidential Election.

First it was being bound and gagged with black tape, now hot mama actress Jessica Alba has appeared behind a Hannibal Lecter mask. The mask is known as The Muzzler and 27-year-old Alba, recognised as one of the sexist women in Hollywood, appears close to tears.

This attention demanding and provocative picture of Alba is the latest attempting to encourage young adults to vote in the upcoming US  presidential election.

Explaining her passion for the campaign, Alba said, "If you don't register and vote and make a difference, and hopefully change the bad things that are happening in our country, you are essentially just binding and muzzling yourself."

Other stars to join the Declare Yourself campaign include Ellen Degeneres, Leonardo DiCaprio, Adam Brody, Amy Poehler, Ashton Kutcher, Toby McGuire, Dustin Hoffman, Forrest Whittaker, Natalie Portman, and Jennifer Aniston.
