GenerationQ is you. It's everyone, all ages, genders, sexualities, religions and nationalities. It sees no borders and celebrates diversity.

The Organization is made up of people who love what they do and they do what they love. Everyone from admin to writers and photographers and street teams all work for GenQ for the love.

We bring attention to issues of inequality and violence that affect members of the community through our website which attracts over 300,000 vistors every month and is the highest ranking GLBT website of it's kind in Australia alone.The award winning website is also in the top 10  GLBT websites in USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Germany.

The GenerationQ website provides up to the minute international and regional news, reviews, interviews and advice and support for anyone who identifies as not-so-straight. We offer an international free roommate finding service and holiday accommodation guide.

You can also register for a free profile on the website to find and meet other not-so-straight people like yourself and start a group.

We have teams based in Australia, USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Jamaica and South Africa. If you would like to join a team click here.

There are a number of programs designed to help members of the community. These include:

• The Street Angel Program to bring awareness to level of homophobic street violence in cities and to provide support, medical attention and shoulder to lean in the event of an attack.
• The GenQ Foundation that seeks to provide work experience, mentoring and scholarships to members of the community who are marginalized by sexuality, gender or HIV status.
• In My Shoes Education programs designed for schools to help teach diversity and tolerance where homophobia and intolerance can start. We give young people a chance to walk in another's shoes and to learn about how we are the same and to celebrate our differences.
